Purpose

Our purpose is to cultivate stability in Jesus through connection, catechesis, and common prayer.

We want to be connected to God, one another, and our community.

We want to be grounded in the faith, beginning with catechesis, or training in the basics of the Christian faith. This includes the Apostles’ Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Ten Commandments.

We want to be a community shaped by our prayer life from the 2019 Book of Common Prayer.

Vision

Our vision is to establish an Anglican church in Newton, Kansas that is financially self-sustaining with a full-time priest, worships in a beautiful building designed with the Anglican tradition and Kansas landscape in mind, and becomes a blueprint for Anglican churches in small towns.
